What is Reflect Coffee?
Reflect Coffee is a mobile specialty coffee cafe based in San Diego, California. You can find us at regular weekday stops and at private events around San Diego County. Founders Megan and Michael wanted to create a space where people could slow down and enjoy. So often we're hurrying to get to the next thing or caught up in what's already behind us. We believe life is better when we consciously choose to enjoy the present moment and bring a little more kindness and intention to everything we do.
Where can I find you?
You can find Reflect Coffee in May and June at VA Hospital, UC San Diego Health Hillcrest Medical Center, Valentia Apartments, and SD Humane Society. We also do pop-ups and events around the county. Visit our events page to inquire about booking us for an event.
What do you serve?
We serve handcrafted espresso drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cold brew, and specialty and seasonal lattes made with our house-made syrups. We also offer matcha, chai, London fogs, and a selection of teas. Beyond coffee and tea, our menu features fresh smoothies, hand crafted acai bowls, and delicious pastries. We carry whole milk as well as oat and almond alternatives.
Where do you source your coffee?
We partner with Jaunt Coffee, a specialty roaster committed to quality and sustainability. Every espresso drink we serve starts with their carefully sourced beans, and we pair that with our house-made syrups to create drinks that are uniquely Reflect.
Where do you get your pastries?
We offer fresh pastries from Glutenus Maximus Bakehouse, a local bakery based in Vista, California.
Do you have dairy free options?
Yes! We carry oat milk and almond milk as alternatives to whole milk. All of our menu items can be made with a dairy free milk alternative, including our specialty and seasonal lattes, matcha, chai, and London fogs. Just let us know your preference when you order. Our acai bowls and smoothies are also dairy free.
