We use information to respond to questions, prepare event quotes, coordinate service details, send requested follow-up messages, protect forms from spam and abuse, improve the website, and maintain reliable business records.

Reflect Coffee does not sell personal information.

Reflect Coffee uses Cloudflare Turnstile on website forms to help distinguish real visitors from automated spam. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and security signals such as IP address, user agent, site key, and related request data for bot detection and abuse prevention.

We use service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. These may include hosting and serverless function providers, email delivery services, analytics tools, error monitoring tools, map providers, and spam prevention services.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services, secure the website, or help us understand and improve the visitor experience.

Visitors can choose not to submit a website form and contact us directly by email instead. Browser settings or privacy tools can control cookies and similar technologies, though some site features may not work normally if security or embedded services are blocked.
