Our Story

The name Reflect Coffee came to mind on April 24, 2024, the first day of a 10 day Vipassana meditation course, an experience that inspired what we believe: the power of the present moment, taking time to pause, and simply being.

Originally planned as a brick and mortar cafe, the concept evolved in October 2024 into a cafe on wheels, a way to bring the vision to life on a smaller scale while laying the foundation to grow. Reflect Coffee officially launched on January 2, 2026, in University Heights, San Diego, California.

After attending business school and later becoming a software engineer, Megan brings her passions for coffee, food, hospitality, and financial planning to Reflect Coffee. Michael brings a deeply analytical mind, a thoughtful and hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a constant drive to improve every part of the experience.

Our foundation is built on peace, presence, kindness, and joy. These values guide every choice we make, from the beans we brew to the atmosphere we create.
