What types of events does Reflect Coffee cater?
Reflect Coffee caters corporate events, weddings and private parties, farmers markets, pop-up events, community gatherings, apartment resident events, and local launches. We bring our full-service mobile cafe to your event location anywhere in San Diego County.
How far in advance should I book Reflect Coffee for my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. We are able to accommodate last-minute events if availability allows.
What's included in Reflect Coffee's event catering?
We create a custom package based on your event's needs, guest count, timing, and setup. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and a memorable, enjoyable, and peaceful experience for all guests.
What does Reflect Coffee require for an event?
We need an outdoor area with enough space to accommodate our 16' by 8.5' trailer to park and set up. Other than that, our coffee trailer is completely self contained! We handle our own power, water, and waste disposal. If you're not sure whether your space will work, just reach out and we'll help figure it out.
How do I secure a date with Reflect Coffee?
Start by filling out our event inquiry form or reaching out to us directly. Once we've finalized the details and you're ready to book, we'll send over a contract and invoice. A deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount (excluding sales tax) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two days before the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least seven days before your event, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within seven days of the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

Reflect Coffee serves events throughout San Diego County. Whether you're near the coast in La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Coronado, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, or Oceanside, or inland in North Park, University Heights, Hillcrest, Normal Heights, South Park, Kensington, Mission Hills, Bankers Hill, Downtown San Diego, East Village, Little Italy, Point Loma, Clairemont, Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Fallbrook, El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Lakeside, Chula Vista, National City, or Imperial Beach, we'll bring the coffee to you.
